Cancellation under confinement by the government and / or border closure :

If the sanitary situation requires a NEW CONTAINMENT on the dates of the stay that you have booked in our gîte Le Lavoir aux Roses, YOUR STAY BECOMES IMPOSSIBLE.
Under these conditions, we are obligated to proceed with its cancellation.
We will reimburse you for the full amount paid.

Because cleanliness is more important than ever in today's environment, a cleaning protocol is in place to ensure your health and safety during your stay. Our cottage is ready to welcome you with reinforced sanitary measures, the main characteristics of which are:
• Room ventilation before and during cleaning,
• Surface cleaning then disinfection,
• Use of an appropriate disinfectant,
• Great attention to frequently touched items,
• Washing of household linen at high temperature,
• Washing dishes at high temperature,
• Respect for social distancing rules during reception.
