The gîte Le Lavoir aux Roses is located in the heart of the garden village of Chédigny , in Touraine ,
close to the castles of the Loire and South Touraine (Amboise, Chenonceau, Loches, Montrésor, Bridoré, Betz-le-Château, Grillemont, Le Châtelier, Chambord),
the Beauval ZooParc , the Haute-Touche Zoological Reserve.
It is a completely independent house can accommodate 4 people with:
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom, equipped with a 160x200 bed, shower room and WC,
- 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds (or 1 180x200 bed), bathroom and WC,
- Living room with 108 cm TV, Freebox TV, Fiber + free WiFi,
- Dining area for 4 people,
- Fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, oil and other products available,
- Small laundry room with washing machine and detergent,
- Wooden terrace with garden furniture, gas plancha, parasol,
- Shelter for 4 bicycles, in the courtyard (" Accueil Vélo " label).
The price includes beds made on arrival , towels , Wifi ,
cleaning products (especially for washing machines and dishwashers),
coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, and baby equipment if needed.
End of stay cleaning is an option , the cost of which is 25 euros for stays of 1 to 4 nights, from the 5th night, the price is 60 euros.
8 breakfast formulas are available, including 4 for children:
- sweet at €12 / person (€7.50 / child),
- savory at €15 / person (€9 / child),
- gluten-free sweet at €14 / person (€9.50 / child),
- savory without gluten at €17 / person (€11 / child).
Breakfasts are largely made from local products .
